High PING ROUND TRIP TIME and Radio PRB Utlization :-  High Round trip time and PRB ulization is directly proportional , after

1.       100% Correlation that whenever radio utilization exceeding 50% , latency start shooting up exponentially

2.       As delay and utilization shooting up so throughput behaving with 180 deg reverse manner (Graph became complex so throughput not shown)
