Volte Call drop in Apple

Issue:- Incoming csfb on B party is failing and A party hears number busy, however csfb is successful for B party when originates voice call


When the A/B is in a call, the Apple Watch on the A side sends an "Attach Request" to the PCRF to request the establishment of a Bearer. At this time, the PCRF sends a command to disconnect the Handset Bearer in the original call, causing a disconnection
